Reservation Policies and Payment

All reservations will be confirmed to the applicants email with a code, the same that should be backed with a guarantee or payment.
In order to cancel a reservation we request a written notification by mail, email or fax, stating the request at least 48 hours before guest arrival and 15 days in advance when there is a 10 or 15-person reservation.
If canceling a reservation you must inform the hotel at least 48 hours in advance, or first night will be charged under the No Show concept.

  • Additional bed: $25,00 + taxes
  • Children 8 or under sharing a room with parents do not pay.
  • Children between 5 and 11 years old (sharing a room and bed with and adult) only pay breakfast charge.
  • Breakfast for children is $6.00 + 24% tax = $7.32


We accept all credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Diners Club. If you wish to make a reservation using your credit you must provide your credit card information as that will serve as proof of your reservation.


The customer can also make a 50% deposit in cash or a wire transfer to our checking account in PRODUBANCO #02080009057, account name Comidas y Servicios S.A or pay in cash
